Fido X2 is handheld explosives detector. It uses FLIR’s proprietary TrueTrace™ technology to detect a broad range of chemicals used in the manufacture of homemade, commercial, and military explosives with best-in-class sensitivity. At less than 1.5 pounds and featuring a durable ergonomic design, the Fido X2 offers portability. It performs ten-second analysis and has reusable sampling swipes. Fido X2 features on-device video training that provides real-time help and reduces the need for recurrent training.
