Antidote Treatment Nerve Agent Auto-Injector (ATNAA)

The ATNAA is a specially designed unit for self- or buddy-administration by military personnel. Atropine and pralidoxime chloride are administered sequentially to counteract organophosphorous nerve agents. While a victim can administer their own injection, a second or third injection might be needed and should be administered by a buddy. Indication: For the treatment of poisoning by susceptible organophosphorous nerve agents having anticholinesterase activity.
