CBRN Decontamination Kits
The kits contain modified Fullers Earth (FE); a naturally occurring sedimentary clay composed mainly of alumina, silica, iron oxides, lime, magnesia and water, in variable proportions. PelGar modifies, balances and packages the components to create an absorbant decontaminating material for personal in field application and decontamination. The DKP1 MK3 includes four double sewn sachets each containing 20g of Fullers Earth. The DKP2 MK2 contains 94g FE in a personal puffer pack, the FE Special contains 3.85g FE in a bucket for footwear decontamination application, and the FE Technical includes a 500g FE shaker bottle for wide area application.
